Workshops and Conference Organization

1st SMART-NRG workshop

The first SMART-NRG workshop has been succesfully organized in conjuction with the AD-HOC-NOW conference. The SMART-NRG project has organized the special track on SMART ENERGY NETWORKS (SENs) on Monday 29th of June 2015. The CFP for the SMART-NRG Special Track is available here. The final program of the Ad Hoc Now 2015 conference, including the accepted papers in the Smart Energy Track, can be found here: here. The special track has witnessed notable participation and great interest from more than 40 individual researchers from all around the world. The track has received over 10 scientific papers and has showed an acceptance rate of close to 50%. The list of accepted papers in the first SMART-NRG workshop is the following:

2nd SMART-NRG workshop

The second SMART-NRG workshop was held in conjunction with the IEICE Information and Communication Technology Forum 2016 between 6-8 of July 2016 (Patras, Greece). The SMART-NRG project has organized a special session on "Communications and information processing for the smart grid". The CFP for the second SMART-NRG workshop is available here. 3rd SMART-NRG workshop

The SMART-NRG consortium has successfully organized its final workshop within the prestigious International Workshop on Computer-Aided Modeling Analysis and Design of Communication Links and Networks 2017 (IEEE CAMAD). The conference was held in Lund, Sweden between June 19 and 21, 2017, and was themed “Communications and information processing for the smart grid”. UOA has organized and participated in many public events for 2017.
